FLASH PROMOTIONS AND SPECIAL OFFERS 

  • Only the indicated promotion can be used. Promotions can not be changed for other services.

  • A promotion can not be combined with another promotion and is only one per person. Unless indicated otherwise.

  • The promotion can not be transferred to another person or split to be used for two people.
  • Valid CC required to reserve treatment. 48 hour cancellation: 50% charge, 24 hour cancellation full charge. Same cancelation policy applies, as indicated above.

  • If appointment was not done/used within the month following the promotion expiration date the client loses the promotional rate

  • Please note that space is limited for all promotions and are done on a first come first served basis

  • Conditions vary depending on the promotion

  • A free consultation with one of one of specialists is required even on promotional deals.

BLACK FRIDAY DEALS

  • Online deals may vary from in-clinic promotions.
  • Black Friday promotions are non-refundable. You have one month to book the treatment; otherwise, the purchase will be converted into a credit that you can use towards products or services at regular prices.
  • Treatments booked with a Black Friday offer will have an expiration date, which may varies by treatment.

Appointment and Cancellation Policies

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellation of laser hair removal appointments. If you cancel an appointment by notifying us less than 48 hours in advance, payment of the $ 50 cancellation fee is required before you can make another appointment.

LAST MINUTE APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION – BOOKED ONLINE 
Only last minute treatments receive 15% off. Treatment must be paid in full. The appointment time can not be changed. In the event of a cancelation there there will be a cancellation fee of 50$ and the remainder of the balance paid can be used towards another treatment at regular price.

POLICY IN THE EVENT OF FAILURE TO COME FOR AN APPOINTMENT OR CHANGE OF APPOINTMENT FOR LASER DEPILATION

In the event of failure to attend an appointment or change of appointment (less than 48 hours to advance), a fee of $ 50 is required. This measure allows us to ensure greater availability of the services we offer both to you and to all of our customers. By making an appointment, you thereby agree to the terms of our cancellation policy.

APPOINTMENT DELAY POLICY

Unfortunately, we cannot extend the time period provided for people who arrive late for their appointment; however, we will do our best to complete the scheduled treatment during the time remaining at your appointment. We reserve the right to postpone the appointment if we believe that there is not enough time left to provide quality treatment and not to make our other clients wait unduly. If you show up for your appointment more than 15 (fifteen) minutes late, it will be considered a failure to show up for your appointment and the aforementioned fees will be charged.

Summer Laser Treatment

* For your own safety, it is important that you have had no exposure to the sun on the area to be treated at least 4 weeks before your laser hair removal treatment. In the event that you have had exposure to the sun on the area to be treated, even if the exposure was of short duration, it is important to discuss with a technician several days before your treatment or to cancel the appointment at least. 48 hours before treatment to avoid cancellation fees.

In the case of attending an appointment but we see ourselves in the obligation not to proceed with the treatment, due to sun exposure or otherwise, the appointment cancellation fees apply.
