Letter to our unbelievable Dermamode clientele:

The last two years have not been easy for anyone in our city, or anywhere in the world for that matter. We wanted to take this opportunity to sincerely thank you all for your strong support as well as your patience. As a business we’ve had to deal with many challenges such as staff & supply shortages, as well as decreased sales due to forced closures and the emergence of new waves of Covid-19. 

We wanted to assure you that due to a focused and experienced ownership and management we’ve continuously been able to overcome many of these challenges and are looking ahead to the future where, starting as early as this summer, we’ll have new and exciting services and products to offer. 

For example: 

  • Women’s Sexual Health Services (INTIMA Vaginal Rejuvenation) 
  • Hair Restoration (PRP & Vitamin Mesotherapy) 
  • PRP Facial Rejuvenating Treatments
  • IV Vitamin Therapy (Dermamode Lounge & Concierge service) 
  • Added availability for Dysport and Filler treatments 

We also wanted to take this opportunity to remind you all that even though restrictions have been lifted all the while being in the beginning stages of a 6th wave of Covid-19 we are still taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of everyone who walks through our doors.

Management

  • Our waiting area has been removed and we have added plexiglass panels around the reception desk as well as at the entrance of the clinic.
  • We’ve added more time to each appointment, allowing our staff to adhere to the highest standards of sanitary protocols and cleaning process in between treatments.
  • Our staff will be equipped with masks, eye protection, and gloves.
  • We’ve installed extra air purifiers in all the treatment rooms to ensure ensure higher air quality and circulation.
  • Common areas & high traffic surfaces will be properly cleaned and sanitized regularly throughout the day.
  • We’ve added a touchless faucets in both the client and staff washrooms to limit contact with surfaces.

IMPORTANT: If you are experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19 we kindly ask you to cancel your appointment.

ENTERING DERMAMODE 

  • Please arrive to your appointment on time since we no longer have a waiting area. If there is no room for everyone present to be socially distant we will have to ask you to wait outside.
  • When you arrive you will be asked to sanitize your hands and put on a new mask. Before allowing you to enter, we will take your temperature and ask you some COVID-19 health related questions.
  • Please wait for a member of our staff to greet you and direct you where to go.
  • Please respect and follow all the floor markings and signage you see in the clinic.


ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • You will be required to wear your mask for the duration of your time at Dermamode.
  • For any treatments on the body your mask is to stay on for the duration of the treatment. The only EXCEPTION will be for facial care treatments. Here the technician will tell you when you can take it off. You will be provided with a designated sanitary spot to leave your mask until you need to put it back on.

  • As much as possible, bookings will be made by phone or email to ensure that we limit the amount of time a client is standing at the reception area.
  • Payments will still be accepted at the clinic but we have set up virtual payments to help facilitate patient traffic flow.
  • Product purchases can be made on our online boutique; we offer either pick-up or shipping.

  • If you are showing any signs of feeling sick.
  • Are currently living with someone who is sick.
  • Have been in contact with someone who had recently tested positive for Covid-19 or have yourself recently tested positive.
  • Have traveled on an airplane recently, or have been in contact with someone who has been on an airplane.
